What software do I need?
Just BookEnu, which is free for every client. You upload documents and receipts, create invoices and get reminders for every deadline - all in one place and ready for Making Tax Digital. There’s nothing to buy or install, and we set you up and help you use it.
How often will my books be updated?
For most clients we reconcile monthly, which keeps VAT returns easy and gives you a reliable monthly picture. If you need weekly updates for cash-flow reasons, we can arrange that too.
Do I still need a separate accountant for year end?
No - we do both. Clean bookkeeping feeds straight into your year-end accounts and tax return, which is exactly why doing them under one roof saves you money.
Can you fix a year of messy records?
Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is one of our most common jobs. We’ll get you back up to date and then keep you there.
